Default An all-in draw call

Party/Empire, $215 NL SNG. BB is a loose, odd playing dude who does a lot of random/nonsensical stuff, so his mini-raise doesn't seem to indicate anything in particular. Good call/bad call? (and yes, I was hoping to C/R all-in over a smaller bet)

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t50 (9 handed) converter

MP3 (t1510)
CO (t815)
Button (t1120)
Hero (t930)
BB (t890)
UTG (t1000)
UTG+1 (t1285)
MP1 (t1495)
MP2 (t955)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls t50, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button calls t50, Hero completes, BB raises to t100, UTG+1 calls t50, Button folds, Hero calls t50.

Flop: (t350) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG+1 bets t1185 (All-In), Hero calls t830 (All-In), BB folds.

Turn: (t2365) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players, 2 all-in)

River: (t2365) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players, 2 all-in)

Final Pot: t2365

Also, what range of hands do you typically put UTG+1 on here?

Default Re: An all-in draw call

I give him a set, overpair, flush draw, pair+draw (A6s?) or 2 pair in that order, but that's if he's tight. What's his VP$IP so far?

The draw is actually the hand I least want to see, and it has to be up there somewhere, so I'm reluctantly folding.
