How did you get your PEARTREE bonus?

Peartree was the $50 bonus that InterPoker offered as part of their 12 days of Christmas promo. I entered the code as requested and played the hands. Still no bonus. I played some more, no bonus. I called support they said you have to email ryanh@interpoker.com. I did, 3 times, no answer. Emailed support, no answer.

Did anyone else have to contact support to get their's if so which email address did you use or did you call?

I can't see last month's statement to confirm but I do believe I got the $50 PEARTREE automatically last month.

However I still have not been paid for the 5 AA's I hit during their $10 for pocket rockets last month. I've e-mailed them 3 times, no response. I called them (once) and they told me to e-mail ryanh@intercasino.com, no response.

I had (have) the same problem with one of the other promotions. Got an email from RyanH saying he'd be back in the office Jan 4 and would look into it. I haven't heard anything yet. I used ryanh@intercasino.com, but I think the one you used gets to the same place.

I deposited $100 and played real money $1/2 for about an hour on December 22nd. no bonus received, but figured I'd wait until past the holidays before sending a e-mail to ask what happened. no response. so I just withdrew my $98 - $1 fee and said screw it no serious harm done.

month before that, I did try the pocket kings promo and was properly paid $10 for that within 2-3 business days after filling out the request form. so there is actually someone working over there...sometimes.

one thing about intercasino/interpoker, they don't usually e-mail you any confirmations for any deposits and bonuses, they just show up in your account one day. a lot of these processes are probably done manually, which is gonna be problematic down the line as poker continues to grow at an exponential rate. at least with the intercasino bonus, you get the funds to play with up front, and the log viewer makes it easy to figure out how far you've gone towards filling the WR.

for these reasons among others, I usually whore my monthly bonus at Intercasino, so in the long run it doesn't matter to me what goes on at interpoker. just figured i'd add in my experience here.

I'd like to add that except for the pocket AA's, I've been paid for every Interpoker promo (and I participated in all of them during December).

I finally got my PEARTREE bonus yesterday after calling support three times over the last three weeks. It sounded like they were pretty backed up so I wanted to make sure I didn't slip through the cracks. I did not have to send any e-mails to ryanh.

I emailed as I made the deposit as I could see the code wasn't being recognised. I then phoned the next day. No hassle, they agreed to credit it. Within a couple of days of clearing the hands necessary the money appeared and a few weeks later? I received a confirmation email.

When I was on the phone to them they didn't ever mention I had to email (although I had already anyway). The address I used was the contact support one from the website I think.

I had problems entering the PEARTREE code. I called them, and the money was added to my account before I played the required number of hands. It looked withdrawable immediately, but I didn't want to do that. I don't know whether clearing the monthly deposit bonus was enough to clear this bonus, too.

I had no problems receiving a 10-fold prop payment of $84.30 on the 15th. I didn't try any of their other poker promotions. The casino bonuses I tried were added automatically upon the completion of the wagering requirements.
