KK- river play
Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (9 handed) converter
Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Hero raises, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls, 6 folds. Flop: (7.50 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players) Hero bets, UTG+1 raises, MP1 folds, Hero 3-bets, UTG+1 calls. Turn: (6.75 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero bets, UTG+1 calls. River: (8.75 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero??? UTG+1 seemed like a pretty tight, solid player. My question is- is this a value bet the river situation, or a check/crying call situation? |

Re: KK- river play
I'd bet. Villain's actions seem more consistent with having a Q than a hand with a T.

Re: KK- river play
Definitely bet. What makes you think he has a T? He raised the flop, so he most likely has a Q.

Uh...hero bets. Is this a trick question?

Re: KK- river play
I bet it. From a tight solid player I think you're likely so see something like AQs or KQs a fair amount of the time.
