[ QUOTE ]
I don't know how many times I will do this before I learn my lesson. I'm hangin in with a below aberage stack of 1700 but blinds are only 50/100 and I get AA utg and Limp. THe table had been real passive so I had no real expectation someone would come over the top on me. Guy beside me calls and BB checks. FLop is Qc 4d 2c. BB bets 100 and I just call. Other limper calls too. Turn is 3h. CHecked to me this time and I bet 500 (pot is 650). Limper moves all in and has me covered. I call without really thinking about it. He has 4c 3c so I have 4 outs. I guess sometimes the limp wins me a few more chips, but it gets me knocked out way too often.

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't like limping with AA unless I have a really aggressive table.

And just flat calling the flop bet is horrible, I would raise right here, to either trap top pair, or make him pay for the flush draw.

Default 2nd break

8510 at the 2nd break

Got a couple of good hands and got paid with them, including this unfortunate hand for Gigabet.
I know there was a lot of action in front of me, but I probably won't go broke here, and its KK and I'm not good enough to lay it down.

Results in white below:
Woodguy has Kc Kd (flush, ace high).
Gigabet has Kh Ks (two pair, kings and sevens).
Outcome: Woodguy wins t6960.

That has happened to me more than once, and it sucks.

3927 at second break. Read Harrington's book over the last day and a half, and I feel it has helped me quite a bit, particularly the part about looking at flop textures and making small bluffs at flops that are unlikely to have hit anyone.

An important hand:
Blinds 50/100. I have 2200 chips. I have 88 in the BB.
Ne read on either player, but they hadn't played a lot of hands. UTG+3 raises to 350. CO-2 cold calls. I call.

Flop: 6s 2d 9c.

I bet out 500. Raiser folds. Cold-caller (1007 chips left) min raises to 1000. I put him in for his last 7. He's got AK, and my hand holds up.

Another hand: Blinds 100/200. Q8o in the BB. EP limps, button limps, SB completes. I check. Flop is 78x. 800 in the pot. I bet 600. EP calls.

Turn is a K. I put EP in for his last 900 (I will have 2K left if he wins the hand). He calls with AA. Down to 2K chips...

Default Eventful beginning to hour 3

Large pot win with AK vs KQ, sweating his dry king diamond draw all the way. Survived my second bad beat (after the AK vs AJ loss earlier), all in with QQ vs AK on a 9 high board, he spiked. Down to 4500, then back up to 5800 with a bluff next hand.

Out at 151, made a few bad plays
slight tilt after losing t2000 with AQ vs AT
then called half my stack with 99, put short stack on low pair and he had JJ
then out with A9 vs AT, 9 flopped AT hit flush on turn

a few bad plays ...
