Problem with my new Dell Inspiron 8600 Notebook

Just got my new Dell Inspiron 8600 Notebook. With a 1920x1200 resolution, I should be able to open 4 partypoker windows nicely, but instead of 800x600 window, I'm getting a 900x700 window. Anyone had the same problem before? Anyway to fix this problem? No problem with PokerStars at all. The problem is unique with Party skins.

Not sure if this is the same problem I had, but check your Display Properties --> Settings --> Advanced and if your DPI setting is Large, try changing it to Normal.

This sounds right. I had the same problem on my Inspiron 8100 and I think I fixed it the same way. I posted a thread on this in this forum a couple of months ago. If you can't figure it out and can't find my thread, then PM me and I'll track it down.

considering the position of the window i dont think overlap would be a problem. Altough it is frustrating i think it would work until you figure it out.

It's your DPI setting.

maybe once a month we could just bump 50 threads about this so there would be no question.

After changing DPI setting to normal, everything is ok now. Thanks for the advice. Still wondering why Pokerstars has no problem with large DPI setting.

I think it might be better to bump just one of the 50 threads.
