Default Ethical Issue

If I were to hire a small mexican man to sit at my computer and play poker using a list of rules I give him is this ethical? What about two mexican men?

Do they have to be small ??

If they have to be "small", that might seem a little discriminitory.

Ethical? Hmmm...

How much would you be paying these men? And would it be hourly, salaried, or commission-based compensation?

Would you be hiring small Mexicans only, or would big Mexicans be encouraged to apply? What about small Australians or medium-sized Canadians?

And would your list of rules apply to preflop and postflop action, or just preflop action?

This seems to be a disguised way of asking if bots are ethical.... But I don't think the situations are parellel. For example, any game you could beat with a list of rules wouldn't be able to compensate for your worker's salaries, no matter how meager.

If I were to hire an average size American(200 pounds), would that be any different?
What about 2 americans?(I would though have to build a bigger house).

Two weeks training and I can have little Indians beating 1/2, bonuses included, to pay for whatever minimum wage is in India.

Almost all our poker decisions are rule based.

I cannot give you a conclusive answer because you failed to indicate whether or not the second Mexican man is also small.
