Tough decision for floorman

I like the decision, I've played all over the country in tournies and far to much hand discussion goes on between folks who appear to know each other well.
as a new person to the regular tournment trail (18 months pro)I think the rules are in place for a reason and need to be enforced as written. Mike Ward made a great stand on this and I am a bit suprised as usually it is let go not just at foxwoods but in most places.
FYI my ratings , Reno hilton does the best job at running tournies and rule enforcement and the Orleans in vegas it is a waste of time to even complain if its a regular breaking the rules.
