agreed. your worried about winning when u have that many chips, not moving from 3rd to 2nd.

Why the huge re-raise pf? Why not a normal raise, like making it 1200 to go so he has to call 800? You're commiting over 25% of your stack, but you're going to get it all in anyway on a lot of flops, so who cares if you're commiting a lot without going all-in?

Min-raise preflop and calls your all in. I'm guessing he showed AA, KK or AK. I can't image any other hands he would do that with.

i was called by 88 and he flopped an 8, i'm out at 3rd.
I thought there was some merit in playing this a little slower considering it would be reasonable to expect him to only call all in with AA, KK, maybe AK. |
