"All Along the Watchtower" - Jimi Hendrix

[/ QUOTE ]

Which was actually a Dylan song.

Hendrix a one hit wonder? Yeah right, he is one of the biggest selling artists of all time. Even after being dead for 34 years, his music still sells really well.

Sheer insanity to place Led on this list. Cleary you know nothing about quality music.

More:
Playmates: Little Nash Rambler
Five Stair Step: Ooh Child
Merilee Rush: Angel of the Morning
Napolean XIV: Coming to take me a away
Calloway: I wanna be rich
Trashmen: Surfin Bird
Dobie Gray: Drift Away
Every Mother's Son: Come on down to my boat

of course this song has been played a lot, its been out since the early seventies --- it just seems ridiculous to think that this song has been overplayed

[/ QUOTE ]

I am not sure that this song can even be overplayed.

And seeing as how Led Zeppelin is a 1-hit wonder, here are a few more who must fit into that category as well.

Elvis Presley
Buddy Holly
The Beatles
The Rolling Stones

Not sure if you know who sang this or if someone other obscure person did it, so I will reafrain from laughing, but David Bowie is not a one hit wonder. He does not belong on this list any more than Led Zepplin or Jimmy Hendrix
