It looks good to me. Your hand won't always be best on the river, but I think it will be often enough, and the checkraise is probably the only way to get an extra bet out of UTG+1 when he just has top pair.

I think the PF call is a bit thin, but I guess I'm known for playing too tight from the blinds. So one-gap suited connectors like J9 are standard BB calls against raises for everyone? I know there are 5 opponents, but I still think it's thin.

At 11:1, this preflop call is beyond automatic. You should be calling any two suited, or any two connected 54o and up at 9:1. This is on the draw equity alone, two pair/trips are a bonus. Yes, I know there are some longshot hands in there, but you are getting long odds.
