Easy fold on turn when board pairs?

Folks,

Is this an easy fold on the turn when the second three shows up? Button is LP-P, with post-flop aggro of only 1.
Another player at the table had post-flop aggro of over 5. If this player had been the villan would the correct play be any different?

Also, should the straight possibility make a difference to my action here? Button's VPIP is over 50%, so maybe I shouldn't be ruling out 45 as a potential holding?

Folding very well could be the right play in this spot, but there is no way I am...

I agree, pay him off. He might have hit a pair and put you on AK but without a better read than some stats to generalize his prior play I think I have to pay this off so he doesn't flash 88 or 99 to me after I fold.

I pay this off too. I'd be more inclined to consider folding if the 7 had paired, rather than the 3.
