"As for Party Poker, there are far too many of us, myself included, who make the majority of our profit from that pond."

This means zero, nothing, a non sequeter.

I think it was Johnny Moss who said "Yeah, it was a crooked game, but it was the only game in town." And Moss would beat that game.

You beat Party. BFD. I beat Party. That doesn't prove it's str8.

"Suckouts will come and go, but with the fish to player ratio at Party, if you aren't winning, you must be doing something wrong."

Again, more bullsh+t. Many marginal winners will lose at Party since the can not overcome the crooked deal and the rake.

Default Moondogg Folds, no surprise

My offer is now expanded to most anyone with a reasonably long posting history.

"It's tempting to use your small sample size method to attempt to prove something..."

You failed to correctly parse my post, again, no surprise.

I will abandon the experiment and all my claims of dishonesty with a neutral, expected, small sample experiment. I expect to continue collecting data if a bias is detected until statistical significance is reached.

The limit I play is not an issue unless you can prove to me otherwise.

How about you collect the data, while I do nothing, and then show all of us?

You really don't understand statistics if you can't see why his comeback was completely valid. Do you see why?

You also fail to understand. I am not looking to validate the hypothesis that Party Poker is honest but the opposite. I won't waste anyone's time if there is no hint of a crooked deal in early returns.

When did you last statistically test a hypothesis?

I last tested one for my advanced stats class last semester. The fact is, small sample sizes are meaningless no matter WHAT they say.

At last common ground. We agree.

Since I'm only willing to collect significant data in the testing of my hypothesis if it looks like early data is trending that way, I clearly prove nothing with a short data set. I'm OK with that, after all I'm not looking to prove PP's honesty.

3 posts to say the same thing. I'm done with you unless you wish to gather data.
