I don't think I played this hand exceptionally well after the flop, I think I should of pushed the flop instead of my small raise, my goal with the raise to 1000 was to be able to get off the hand and still have enough to manuever with, if i felt I was behind to a set or AA, KK. Any opinions would be very helpful. I will post results a little later.

Preflop, you most probably have the best have, so you raise, good.

The flop is extremely kind for QQ, put you would like to price out the flush draw. By the time the betting reaches you, the pot is 1200, so 1600 after you call, and you have $1640 left behind. Any decent raise is going to pot commit you, so you might as well shove on the flop. The only hand you can be scared of is a set, but sadly stacks are not deep enough for you to find out.

Push and pray.

Thinking back I certainly agree with pushing the flop, however, the thought process I went through at the the time of the raise was this, if I raise to 1000 that makes the pot 2200 and 1000 needed to call, that gives pot odds of just over 2 to 1 which isn't good enough for a flush draw, unless its AK, but still they cant necessarily assume their overcards are clean outs, except for the BB who opened with the 400. Opening for 400 with the flush draw seemed a little weird, so I discounted him as having the flush draw. As for the people behind me, I could not see them conceivably having AA or KK since they didn't reraise and I figured a set would move in, due to the flush draw. When the guy right behind me moved allin, it priced in the flush draws which screwed that. So until the guy moved allin behind me, pricing in the flush draws I think that this raise allows me to get off the hand to 2 allins behind me and still be left with 1000 with 20/40 blinds, which is certainly enough to rebuild. However, I may just be overthinking this.

In a 4 way pot with the flush draw out there, you need to bet at least the size of the pot here. A push here certainly isn't a bad move since taking the pot down right here is a 50% increase to what you have left. I certainly wouldn't be too worried about AA or KK behind without someone reraising you preflop. If someone caught a set behind you, that's just bad luck but stacks aren't deep enough for you to get away from this hand in your postion with that flop.
