Default Re: Battle for 50K on Party

I'm up to 5400 now.

UTG+1 raised to 600 (6xBB).
I have AKo in the BB and am not happy with my dilemma.
I have stats on the player from full-ring games though and see that he's V-48, R-8.
note, I'm playing 3 tourneys at once and not focusing on ANY of them (reading the 2+2 mag)
Anyway, I roll the dice and call.

Flop comes JT4.
I bet 400 into pot of 1200 to see what happens.
He calls.
Turn is a Q so I have the straight. I bet (forget how much) he pushes-in with his AQ and I'm golden.

Certainly wouldn't have called the UTG+1 bet with AKo if it hadn't been for his full ring-game stats though.

table 32, T3620. have gone from under 1k to 2800 to 1200, back to 3600 in the last orbit.

on a side note, do you have a game time window open, or are you just looking up PT #s?

Just lost 2100 to a jackass who called my 4x raise with K9o. Argh! back down to T1605. of course he turned a K to beat my TT.

I'm in on table 35. Playing pretty well so far...at T4238. Went all in with an open end straight on the flop and hit it. GL all.

Microbob, what table are you on?

Got up to 8300 on my original table. (AK twice worked out, one BB defense with K8, then some big stack stealing)

My table then broke, was a bit too loose aggressive on new table (# 16), and am down to about 6K. Hopefully I will change gears and go back to playing well.

I got TT allin vs AKo and A9o preflop and managed to drag a 6K pot. Unfortunately a few hands later I lost 2K doubling up an AQs with my JJ. T4340 atm...
