This is not true. The 2/4 rake $.25 per $5, 3/6 and 4/8 rake $.50 per $10. You have to play 5/10+ for $1 per $20 rake at UB.

If you need proof to feel comfortable, read the little popups when you sit down first or second.
You should have one saying something like "Thanks for starting this table, as a reward you will get DOUBLE points"
