Worst Beat Ever

I'm sure others have had worse, but this is my all time worst. I'm basically just posting this as therapy as I carefully remove my foot from inside my monitor.

I don't get it. What did Villain have? The only thing that would beat you that isn't quads is aces-full....which wouldn't be a bad beat.

You're right. Technically, Aces Full isn't a bad beat. Except that I never suspected for a nano second that he could have had Aces and not have made a peep until the turn. I guess he slowed played the s**t out of me.

Besides, no amount of frowning could possibly be worse than the feeling I had when I saw his Aces.

This isn't a bad beat. His lack of a preflop raise was pretty bad, but I've got to say that it may have earned him 3-4BB extra. In a 3-handed pot, I'm not sure that it's terrible. If he had raised and capped preflop and raised/capped the flop, I'm guessing you would have slowed down after a turn raise, no?

Not that I'm advocating his play. It wasn't good. It just didn't cost him a terrible amount.
