Pack the cord. Unless you know there is a wireless hot spot at the hotel, you would not be able to use a wireless card. The wireless card is essentially a cordless ethernet connection to a router that then connects you to the internet via its own broadband connection. A different way to do wireless, is to hook up a cable to the data port on a cell phone, but you are then using dial-up speeds and are paying for air time (which could be cheaper than hotel phone rates though), HTH |
