Assuming I am going to be a winning player. Fixed limit 5 and 10 holdem also would it be same for 10 and 20 Thanks

300BB is the default. This has been debated many times. I'm sure if you seek you shall find.

I consider 300BB to be more of a minimum. At normal full ring games, it's usually sufficient (though I prefer 400BB). At the 6-max games, some people have reported downswings of at least 400BB. The variance in those games can be killer, so you need a larger bankroll than 400 even.
