Yeah A8o is better than A3o, but I rarely call a raise from the BB with AXo.

Pretty much the only time I would not fold is a button blind steal attempt when I have A8o, A9o, or ATo. This is only against players I have reads on as well, because reads are important postflop. I would never play AXo in a multiway pot, unless the entire table coldcalled an UTG raise.

Basically, if you folded it to every raise, you wouldn't be losing out on much at all.

Edit: BTW, this post is regarding AXo where X is not a face card.
