Default Turned the nut flush after semi-bluffing flop OOP

What's the best line here to extract this opponent's remaining $12?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.5 BB (6 max, 5 handed) converter

MP ($45.1)
Button ($14.75)
SB ($24.3)
BB ($24.7)
Hero ($42.5)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. MP posts a blind of $0.75.
Hero calls $0.50, MP (poster) checks, Button calls $0.50, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($2.75) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(5 players)</font>
SB checks, BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $3</font>, MP folds, Button calls $3, SB folds, BB folds.

Turn: ($8.75) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero...?

You must bet the turn for about the same amount. If you check he will probably check behind and may fold to a river bet. If he is going to call a river bet he will call a turn bet.
