Re: PokerPlex bonus = scam?
Sometimes the bonus does not attach itself to your account correctly. Go to Cashier, then withdraw. You should see the total available there - either with, or without the bonus. If you have not cleared for some reason, your balance will show $50 more in the total than in what you can withdraw. Otherwise, this usually kicks the cash into your account. I've had to do this a couple times at crypto sites.
On Classic, I once had to go sit at a new game, then leave before taking any money and go to the cashier and try to withdraw to get it into my account. Once on Intertops I had to go to the casino section and log-in and refresh before the (then) $80 kicked in. Dogmeat [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] |

Re: PokerPlex bonus = scam?
Hmm, I hadn't realized Caribbean Sun went to raked hands also, however according to their website, they have indeed. Anyway, I also received the Plex bonus with no trouble this month. Another thing to check for if you're using the hand history thinger is that it shows all hands that you were at the table for, even if you were sitting out or had been waiting until the blinds got around to you, so you might have some extra hands listed there that you didn't actually play in.

Re: PokerPlex bonus = scam?
How can this company stay afloat if it's just giving so much money away? In my experience elsewhere in life if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. The fact that they're giving away such a crazy bonus might mean they are on their last leg and about to go bankrupt, in which case I think you would lose any money in your account.

Re: PokerPlex bonus = scam?
I was there for the 1st time this month. I too feel that the bonus was not credited, although they swear it was. As much as I do not see how, I believe that they credited "an" account.
They sweat that it was credited on the 11th. I wrote back saying it was not. They then said it was credited on the 12th. Since I was playing at the time, they said it would not appear. I was playing pound(£) tables at the time and keeping a strict game played count, but I still could see any difference as soon as I was done. I seriously do not believe that they would internally true to rip me off. I could also be wrong, but I see no record of it. I can interpret the bonus codes. |

Re: PokerPlex bonus = scam?
This could be a pain to do, but if you go through your hand histories, you should be able to figure out how much you won or lost while at the table and compare that number to the amount credited to your account when you left the table. If they credited the bonus, there should be a $50 difference between how much was credited back to your account and how much was debited when you bought into the table plus your win/loss at the table.
