Default Even Worth it Reporting Collusion to Empire/Party?

Obvious case in a $215 SNG. Case 1: Player A is a huge stack, Player B is in BB for 300, A raises to 800, B moves in, A immediately folds. Case 2: A is in BB for 500, B is SB with only 650, he pays 250 for SB, moves in the rest of his 400, A immediately folds, then 2 seconds later says "damn, didnt realize it was only for $150" to try and deflect attention, but it just made it more obvious to me. When I checked and both were from the same city, sitting by each other I'm 99.9% sure this is collusion. Well, I ended up finishing 4th. The cheaters got 1st and 3rd. Is this worth reporting? Party doesn't usually care much about this kind of stuff.

I don't think you should post their usernames publicly. If you suspect collusion the report it to Party.
