Default TP gets bet into on rag turn card, speed up or slow down?

Too long since I posted any hands. Worried my game is getting jaded. How's this:

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: RH is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG (LP-P) calls, 1 fold, MP1 (LA-P) calls, 1 fold, MP3 calls, RH raises, Button calls, 2 folds, UTG (LP-P) calls, MP1 (LA-P) calls, MP3 calls.

Flop: (11.50 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 players)
LP-P checks, LA-P checks, MP3 checks, RH bets, Button calls, LP-P calls, LA-P calls, MP3 calls.

Turn: (8.25 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players)
LP-P checks, LA-P bets, MP3 calls... Raise to punish any flush draws, or fear the set?
...RH raises, Button folds, LP-P calls, LA-P calls, MP3 folds.

River: (15.25 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
LP-P checks, LA-P checks, RH checks.
Should I have bet this river?

Final Pot: 15.25 BB

Cheers,
RH

I like, I'd probably bet the river unless it was a heart or maybe if the turn bettor was really passive. You can fold to a river check-raise or turn 3-bet as well, IMO.

Preflop, flop, turn fantastic, now value bet the river.
