OH man thats a horrid call with KQo. In fact why would you play KQo UTG without raising it?? (this if course depends on how loose-aggressive the table is)

Wake up people. Calling a reraise with all your stack with KQo is a no-brainer:

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (8 handed)

Hero (t2950)
CO (t460)
Button (t1260)
SB (t3150)
BB (t1342)
UTG (t5135)
UTG+1 (t1440)
MP1 (t2700)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 raises to t400, Hero raises to t1000, CO folds, Button folds, SB folds, BB folds, MP1 raises to t2700 (All-In), Hero calls t1700.

Flop: (t5625) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

Turn: (t5625) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: (t5625) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: t5625

Results in white below:
MP1 has Kc Qh (three of a kind, queens).
Hero has Ac Ah (two pair, aces and queens).
Outcome: MP1 wins t5625.

But at least I'm not bitter about it.

Thanks, the bad beat story made me feel better. I still think my push wasn't the optimal move(right?) and won't be doing it again under the circumstances I mentioned, but I take some satisfaction in knowing that my play wasn;t the only issue here.
