After that KQs hand, I moved to what I thought was a better table, which turned out to be extremely worse.
Reads: When BB first sat down, he posted UTG+1 and cold called 3 bets when it got back to him. I'm in MP3 with 99. Everyone folds to me, I raise, BB says "see a flop" as he puts the chips in. Flop: 764 suits not neccessary BB bets, I raise, he calls Turn: J BB checks, I bet, he calls. River: 8 BB is about to bet, says "time", waits 3 seconds, then bets. Hero ??? |

This seems pretty easy unless I have missed something fundamental. You check and pray that you will be delighted that a spade didn't fall on the river.

Sorry, that answer was intended for the KQs thread.

I think you call if he bets, check if he doesn't.
Do people really say "time"? I don't know if I would be able to stop laughing if someone did that at my table. |

You should excuse the expression, but, yes, they do, all the time. Usually not when they're first to act though. |

If they would do it at my table, I would not laugh.
I would yell at them. |
