Hand 1- I push the flop if Im going to bet it.

Hand 1b- I play the same, and am laughing out loud at that whole situtation.

Hand 2- Seems here the only thing your going to get called by is something that beats u. I may consider flat calling and trying to get him to fire on the turn again if I was that sure of his holdings. Then again if ur right and call the flop he most likely checks the turn as there arent many draws u could be calling with. Was there a flush draw? If there was I missed it in the post. You also didnt mention what ur stack size was, other then that u were about equal.

All things considered I see maybe one way to get more money out of him if he actually does hold 99-QQ. Flat call the flop, check the turn(if he bets great but I think hell check behind), check river as well to see if he will take another stab at it.
