Default 10/20 KK scare board how bad is the fold?

Long time lurker, first post so let me know what you think.

9 handed. 10/20 online room.
Third hand dealt so no read on the room yet.

Dealt KK in middle position.

UTG calls. KK raises. Button cold calls, BB and UTG call.

Flop comes 10s, 9c, 8d. Checked to KK, bet, all call

Turn 7c. Checked back to KK, I check, button bets, BB and UTG call. KK folds. 9BB in pot

river 7h. Checked to button who bets. BB calls

Results: Button turns over Q10d, BB doesn't show.
Button takes 11 BB.

I know the fold was incorrect, but I want to know what was the biggest mistake, not betting out the turn or folding when no one check-raised the button's bet.

Just wanted a few opinions on this hand, anything you can give me would be great.

Thanks
