Default WSOP S.H.O.E and H.O.R.S.E events

What happened to the SHOE (stud, holdem, O8, stud8) and HORSE (holdem, O8, razz, stud, stud8) game events at this years World Series. I always thought mixed game events were a great measure of overall poker skill. Does anyone know why Harras removed these events?

The easy answer probably is that Harrah's assumes it'll get more players (and more $$$ for them) if they went with no-limit holdem events.

Wonder how long it will be before Harrahs screws it up and holds only No Limit tournaments for 2 straight months instead of having a true test of ones poker skills. But it's the "in" thing to show on TV, so they'll probably keep adding more and more NL tournies instead of all the other stuff. The other games are the ones I prefer as NL is just so played out now.
