You did go on tilt, you just didn't realize it. Trust me.

As to your -$883 day. You play poker and that [censored] happens. Ain't nothing special. 14 straight days of profit? Now that's something.

Well thanks for the abnoxious and the thoughtful responces but actually they made me happy

The responses just confirmed my suspicious that it was just really a bad day and that I am doing well.

About being on tilt. Yes there were a couple hands near the end that I could have played differently. But I have a general rule. Ater 3 bad beats in a row at a single table without any wins between I switch tables. This reduces my tilts.

I also go back over my hands and record my mistakes and amount associated. Either from missing bets or making bad calls. I was shocked at the results of how much money I missed out on from my own mistakes.

One more note I do notice a player tends to make LESS mistakes when he is winning and MORE when he is losing. Thats why I keep my 3 bad beat rule. And I still thing my AK fold was correct according to pot odds. Look at my response to the post I made.

You should take a careful look at this policy. Generally speaking, a lot of "bad beats" means people coming in with dominated hands. Over time, you'll smoke these people. I'm not sure how switching tables helps calm you down (the avatars are the same on every table; maybe it just keeps you from going after them to get revenge), but you should weigh the EV loss of leaving a good game against what the chances of you going on tilt before making the decision to switch tables.
