Honestly, I kinda find it tough to put him on 77. I think KK AA or AK is much more likely, but that is just my opinion. Remember he is under the gun.

I misread: I make a 2/3-3/4 pot size bet on the turn rather than the $20 bet you made. Why are you betting $20 into that pot after your opponent check-raised the flop? Unless you think this will encourage him to continue bluffing (if you interpreted his turn check as concession), I don't see a reason for the underbet.

Raising 99 preflop at six-max should be nearly automatic, especially at 200nl where the players are generally tighter and will donate their blinds or check-fold the flop.

Short handed like this you're going to lose all your money more times than not because laying down a set short handed, especially with no straight and flushes out there, is difficult. Although when he re-raised you the second time all-in you might have stopped to consider KK as a holding. Getting Re-raised once is one thing, but twice is another.
