Great job, Johnny5!!! They look great! Makes my decision even tougher. How accurate are you with these colors? I like the green/dayglo green color combo, as well as the green/dayglo yellow... so that makes my decision tougher.

I also wanted to make sure that the purple/lavender colors weren't too close, so that the edge spots contrast the body nicely.

Thanks again, Johnny5. Great job!

No Problem.

You really have to keep in mind that ANYTHING you see on your computer screen will not represent the actual print/physical color. The colors in these samples are taken from the pokerchips.com color options, but i've more or less "eyeballed" them to match.

Personally, I wouldn't put 2 similar colors on the same chip. I like contrasing colors for chip/edgespot, but then again, everybody has their own taste!

Do you have a custom inlay in mind for these?

Not sure. I was impressed with some of the samples from the website, but I don't know how I'd label it (Zion's Casino? Hmm... not sure about that one), but I would use colors for sure. I like the simplicity of the Scandia Casino face, but wouldn't mind a graphic of a drink.

I can't think of any other color combinations. I think I know what I want, but ask because I'm worried about the two purple colors on the chips. I know the sides often have a dull finish to them, and I don't want to lose out on what would be a great-looking chip. Perhaps purple and gray would look better...

I was wondering if Pokerchips.com will send you samples of their different colors. I couldnt find anything about it on their website but if you could get the 15 or so colors in a small sample set, it might help you make your decision.

Unless they've changed their policy, they won't. I already asked!

They don't have blank chips laying around, they form them special for each order.

Because of the endless color combinations, I understand why they don't have those for sale. It would be nice, however, if they could add something to the site, where you pick the colors to "preview" what the chip would look like. That way we could stop bugging Johnny5.

I did that with my tuxedo before I got married.

I was thinking it would be nice if you could just get a set of solid color chips with every color they offered. That way you could put them next to eacher other to figure out what you like. Id be willing to pay twenty bucks or whatever to make sure my custom chips would be how I wanted them.

I heard that line for about 5 weeeks, once I told them they'd said that for the last 5 weeks they then started with being at least a 'month' behind.

Good Luck,

They'd probably make you wait 3+ months for the samples...
