I am kind of wincing over the flop play - I think a raise is better than a call on the UTG+1 bet . . .or . . . as has been suggested - betting into the field.

Being in the BB -your aggression will be even more believable with this fugly flop. You should also be able to get backdoor flushes to fold and that is one less thing to worry about.
