Default KK vs. Limp-Reraise

PokerStars 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (10 handed)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. MP1 posts a blind of $0.25.
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, UTG+2 calls, MP1 (poster) checks, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button folds, Hero raises, BB folds, UTG+1 3-bets, UTG+2 folds, MP1 folds, Hero caps, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: (11 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, UTG+1 raises, Hero calls.

Turn: (7.50 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 bets, Hero calls.

River: (9.50 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)

Final Pot: 9.50 BB

Villian has played the previous 5 hands and had called to the river twice with K high. He hadn't been aggressive on the previous hands and his limp re-raise concerned me. Suggestions on how to play a hand like this?
