Default I am moving up to 15/30 from 5/10 soon, need advice

My bankroll is not quite 300x30 but my cumulative winnings is appraching that? Two questions for the experienced hands here:
1. If I can win an amount equal to 300BB of a limit, does that mean I probably can beat that limit?
2. What adjustments should I make to move from 5/10 to 15/30? David Ross said 15/30 plays the same as 5/10 just for 3 times the profit. Is it really so?
Thanks.

The bad players are exploitable for more $, while the 'good' players are better than the 'good' 5/10 players.

The game is beatable for more bb/100 than 5/10 I'd think because people overplay their hands so much. This of course leads to big swings.

No, of course not. I can win an amount equal to 300BB for $4000/$8000 by playing $2/$4, it would just take an extremely long time. Doesn't mean I can beat 4k/8k.

i think he's saying if he wins, say, 1200 in 2/4 (300 BB) is it safe to say he beat the level.

people say they have 300 BB hot streaks all the time, so i don't think its for sure.

no, because you can win 300BB at a limit but if it takes you 200k hands you aren't beating that limit for very much and you definitely won't beat the next limit up.

You should just consider your winrate over a statistically significant number of hands when deciding to move up. I don't know if there's a consensus, but I wouldn't feel comfortable unless I was at 1.75BB/100 or better.

And the rake considerations make probably as much as 1BB/100 hands difference.
