Krenzel's still the starter as confirmed by Lovie after the loss.

That makes betting on the game a major problem imo. You are basically putting it in *one* mans inept hands.

Two key numbers the last 3 week show you the problem.
He has LOST 2 fumbles EACH of the last 3 weeks (recovered none of them). And been sacked 5, 5 and 4 times.

If not for a superhuman D performance 2 of the last 3 weeks we would have been a well beaten 0-3 over them games.

Like last week, if Krenzel doesn't utterly suck I see a Bears win. But that's a lot to count on from him it seems.

What I like for Turkey day is the Colts shredding the Lions D in a dome. That's the game to bet on.

yeah, but if Henson is starting it's equivalently awful QB's with better RB's and D in the Chitown's favor

And let's not forget the "Don't need a line" Shoe-In factor...

You haven't seen Krenzel have you?
He won the week before with a 19.x passer rating.
The dude is pretty much the most brutal QB I've seen with the Bears. And knowing who they've had the last 20 years that is saying something.

Put it this way, I'd take Henson over him atm in a heartbeat.
Funnily enough the Bears only other option (other than the equally brutal Quinn) is Dallas castoff Chad Hutchinson. And I was hoping he'd start on Thanksgiving, but that isn't going to be the case.

I've watched the games...Henson is just as bad right now. A lot more potential, true, but still that bad.

Not sure what the line is.....
but I predict the final-score will be 2-2 (possibly 4-2) so bet accordingly.

I'll take the under if they set the O/U at 6 or higher.
If the O/U is 5.5 or less I'll probably stay clear of this bet.

With Testaverde starting the Bears were a play for me. With Henson probably not.

On Sunday after fumbling on his first play to se up the Ravens last TD, Henson looked pretty good in leading the Cowboys to a garbage time score(to bust my under ).

At home on TDay the crowd and probably the team is going to be up to see what he can do. The Bears meanwhile cannot be brimming with confidence off that thrashing they received from the Colts on Sunday. Factor in the success that rookie QB's getting a start in the middle of the season have had this year and I'll pass.
