Maybe the rake is already capped here, but raising/reraising might be -EV if it hasn't been capped yet.

I highly doubt the person misclicks and unless you want to give the casino more money, no reason to raise. I think Thythe said this, but the next poster commented on what the difference was. Unless of course the rake is capped and then it doesn't matter.

Also everyone has said this is not granny mae and are correct but instead of helping a brotha out, they just laughed at him. I recommend checking out Lori's post that is at the top of the zoo (this forum - internet gambling) for answers to granny mae and lots of other insightful goodies.
