Go to http://savefile.com and click on "free image hosting," select the file from your filesystem, click "host file," and you will get a link to the file a bit down on the next page. Free, quick, and easy, with no sign-up or anything.

So, did you just have kinko's trim off the original bind, then punch and coil bind the book?

At Kinko's.
There are already pictures online, but suffice to say it's a terrific improvement to readability and ease of use. My one very minor complaint is that SSH is a touch too large for the largest coil Kinko's has (1 inch), and a 1.25 or 1.5 inch coil would have been perfect. As it stands now, SSH feels a touch cramped, but it's still perfectly usable and lays flat, and makes it easy to review and take notes in... As for those who question tearing pages out; it won't happen unless you pick up the book by a single page and wave it around the air. There are so many coils that there is a lot of surface area of paper you'd have to rip to take the page out of the book. Don't let than concern stop you. regards, Francis |
