How do you ppl Manage ur Buddy Lists?

I just started using PokerTracker and thus I recently began to tag people after my poker sessions. The party poker Buddy list doesn't have alphabetical order, which I find a bit odd. So I am wondering how you guys keep track of all the players. Especially remembering who you note and who you still have to note. What system do you use?

I load the names into my buddy list from PokerTracker. Then i use the search tables functio and look for the buddies on my list. Once i've joined a table with one or several of them, i open up their stats in PokerTracker. Sometimes i keep small notes in partypoker by right-cliking the players name.

I'm really sorry if this is a stupid question, but how do you load the names from PokerTracker into your buddy list (it appears you're not typing them in manually)?
