Default Top Two facing 2 bets on river

9-handed Party 2/4

I open raise UTG+2 with A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Folded to a very loose CO who calls two cold. (He started the hand with 6.75 BBs). Button folds. Blinds call. BB is loose but reasonable player postflop.

Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (8SB)
Checked to me, I bet. All call.

Turn: 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6BB)
Checked to me. I bet. CO raises. SB folds, BB calls two cold. I call, intending to call down.

River: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (12BB)
Checked to CO with 3.25BB left. He bets, and SB checkraises. What should I do?

I would have bet the river.

As it is I think I would call figuring I make the same if I let CO overcall on the river and lose less when my SB has Td7d or 22 or something.
