Default Royal flush, with action! (no meaningful content, just happy)

Had one before, also online, but ended up being a small pot. This one is much more satisfying. Not that I played it well or anything, my grandma could have played this one properly I bet.

Turn: (12.25 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 players)
BB checks, UTG bets, UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 folds, MP1 folds, Hero raises, BB calls, UTG calls.

River: (18.25 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, UTG bets, Hero raises, BB calls, UTG calls.

Final Pot: 24.25 BB
Main Pot: 24.25 BB, between Hero, BB and UTG. > Pot won by Hero (24.25 BB).

awesome! It's very cool when you get one of those hands where you hold the absolute nutz but two or more others have a monster hand too.

Nice!

Default God, I love Party Poker!

UTG seems like the kind of guy whose mother had to keep putting plastic safety guards on all of the electrical outlets house because the first few shocks were not sufficient to deter him from continuing to stick metal objects into the sockets.

Default Another Royal flush, (no meaningful content, just happy & lucky)

Two weeks after the one I posted, I hit it again. Blind freaking luck. Not likely to get another for 5 years or so.

No Converter, as BisonBison has it on hiatus.

Default Remember these happy thoughts when you suffer bad beats

52 cards and the laws of probability say that just about anything can happen -- good and bad.

I had quad As in a Party 1/2 game and when I bet on the river I got raised. I suppose if I had real class I would have just called, but I reraised.

And I got called.
