1/2 KK hand
I don't play much NL but when I went to the card room toinght they only had 10/20, 1/2NL and 2/5 NL...okay, lock up a 1/2 seat.
The game is 7 handed, I'm MP LMP is probably the only decent player at the table. He plays the right hands but takes them too far postflop. I have $205, he has me covered I'm dealt K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] folded to me, I raise to $15 (standardish for the table), LMP reraises to $30, folded back to me, I reraise to $80, LMP calls Flop: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (pot is $163) I push for $125 As I said I don't play much NL, maybe once a month. Go easy guys, thanks. |

Re: 1/2 KK hand
I think you played it optimally from the information you have. IMO you got payed by Q's, perhaps J's.

Re: 1/2 KK hand
Looks good, youll probably get a call from an AJ, AQ, AK hand chasing the gutshot. He's not likely to have a set. He may call with JJ, QQ. He's definatly calling with AA. I think youre good most of the time.

Re: 1/2 KK hand
well played. if he has aces, what can you do? if he is on a draw, that is a reasonable if not a little light of a bet, but not bad.

Re: 1/2 KK hand
What are you talking about? A little light of a bet? He bet all in. What's he supposed to do, grab chips from his right hand opponent and toss them in>
