It stands for Surrender, which you can not do on Reef or CON. When making the grid choose NO to Surrender.

Remake the chart with decks: 4, soft 17-stay, surrender no.

Thank you. I just created a chart with everything the same as the default one except no surrender - now it makes more sense because I don't have to worry about what kind of 12 combination I have, etc.

Default Reef kept asking for more wagering

Here is my story...

I signed up reef club and finished the wagering requirement on the same day of Homer's post. I didn't cash out until a few days later though. Then 3-4 days after cashing out, I received an email titled "Risk-management check" which asked more wager $967 more. I know I only need to wager $1000 but do not want to argue with them. After another 40 minutes of wagering, I was down to 380 from 410 and cashed out immediately. Today I received another email from reef club and guess what, they asked me to wager $3000 more...

Anyone had same experience? I know most of you guys successfully cashed out...

is this still going on (even at the 10X's wagered level, which still should be +EV...right?)?

Well, I just deposited today and wagered the mandatory $2000 (all on BJ). I then continued to waste some money paying video poker and the slots All in all, I'm up $200 and have 236 bonus points, 36 more than necessary. I just cashed out $400, hopefully it all goes well.

I played last saturday. Deposited only $100 (I know, I know), played $1000 worth, cashed out same day. Got paid today with no problems.
