Which online site has best bonus?

I'm moving up to $1000 from one of my online accounts.
2 questions:
1. Which site is offering the best deposit bonus with decent structure to earn bonus.

2. Which site is offering the best payback structure, that allows a low limit player to easily earn his bonus.

Full tilt is offering 100% bonus, but it is a point system based on a $3 raked pot, I play mainly $25NL, $50NL, 2-4, some 3-6, and bigger if my bankroll has 300 Big Bets to enter that next level.

I play currently at UB, Party, and Paradise. Party's payback if I recall correctly is basically 500 raked hands any limit to receive $100 bonus. This is pretty simple and easy to accomplish.

The Party skins are by far the easiest to clear. A lot of people like the Cryptologic bonuses because you can do them once a month. However, I absolutely despise their software and the slow play.
