Default Allin everytime?

Ok, this is a 20 + 2 MTT top 50 get paid there are 90 left.
Your stack is 3855, average stack is about 4500, blinds are 150/300.
MP1 raises to 1200 which is half his stack, everyone folds to you in the CO seat.

you have QQ...

Further Info:
Table has been tight not alot of flops seen.
MP1 has been allin at least a dozen times, last 2 times he raised preflop he mucked when someone came over the top.
Button - 6000 hasnt played a hand since come to the table.
SB - 5000 also hasnt played a hand.
BB - 2000 Weak player.

Default Re: Yes, All-in

You're not necessarily short-stacked severely, but you need to make a lot more chips soon if you want to stay competitive and have a shot at the final 50 that get paid.

You can't really fold all your good hands. You might call here, but if others are left to act they might re-raise. If you move all-in you should be able to get heads-up and probably have the edge.

I probably would...esp. in cutoff with an overaggressive player....Blinds will really have to have a monster - and if you call and they reraise, you're pot committed anyways (1/3rd rule)

If he has AQ and an A flops, you're committed (1/3rd rule) - so go all in or fold -

me, I'd be all in

Looks like a nice hand to go all in on, but i would excpect to be called since he has put half his stack in. I am all in.

I went all-in.

The SB ummed and ahhhed and said "I gotta call"

He had JJ.

The guy who opened the betting mucked and I got rivered.
