See if you can find the Atlantic article on clemency petitions in the Bush administration in Texas. I think I have a hard copy somewhere. IIRC I determined Gonzales was a monster. Guess it depends how much you enjoy killing mentally retarded people. I'll try to dig the article out to make sure my recollection is correct.
