There was an interesting article on this topic in the Economist a couple of weeks back. The study found that female relatives of gay males tended to have more children, and suggested this as a reason why gay men are not dying out through lack of reproduction

Of course, it could just be that more people are choosing to be gay due to the evil influence of hollywood and the liberal media...

Engaging in any activity is a choice. One can choose not to eat, or to hit oneself on the head with a hammer. Or engage in sex or not.

The question is whether the inclination to have sexual relations with a partner of a different sex or a partner of the same sex is ingrained in a particular person's chemical makeup. Not whether any sex act itself is chosen or predetermined.

The actual engaging? Yes, that's a choice.

Wanting to engage in these acts? You can't really control who or what you fantasize about.

The problem is that people believe homosexual acts are inherently wrong.

They think it's wrong because it's different.

And because of the Bible.

In my opinion, two highly ignorant reasons to think something is wrong.
