can't log on to neteller

for the past two days when I try to bring up the neteller page I get a message saying "Scheduled Outage". I see other posts on here referring to occasional problems with neteller lately, but haven't seen anyone saying that they just plain can't get to the login page. Is neteller just completely down right now? (or is it possible my computer is messing up and resolving "neteller.com" to a cached error page?)

I just logged in with no trouble. However there was a message stating the following:
