UTG+1 is borderline maniac but is hitting, which is tilting most of the rest of the table. I think I should've either raised or folded the turn, but I'm more interested in what you think of the river raise.

With this board, unless the players are timid or have an abnormal lack of tenacity, a call would probably be good enough.

Even when a raise might knock out an AK and give hero the whole pot?

UTG+2 can't have AK, unless he just sat down - if UTG+1 has the table on tilt, UTG+2 would happily 3-bet AK. From his preflop and flop action he probably has QJs or something. If UTG+1 is a looney, though, a raise might be ok in case he has something like A2 or A3.
