I agree I like to play there also.I play mostly 5MAX LHE,PLO and some MTT's at PR.The software and cs are improved but still shoddy.
They have decent rake schedule also and there new note taking features is great.You can scan games from the Lobby and see players you've made notes on ...which is great for spotting da fishies!

It went down on me too while playing, but as of right now - 12:24cst it's going fine.

i hope they do something about it, its my 2nd most profitable playing arena but i cant deal with these outages for much longer. support takes 4eva also. you'd think they'd be proactive about keeping us than offering halloween specials ect

At least now they have phone support: 1-888-697-6537 which they didnt have for their 4 years ...
but their customer service is undermanned and not to sharp.

PokerRoom's rake schedule is actually rather oppressive for $1-$2 limit games or lower. For $1-$2 or less, they rake up to $1.50 from the pot. Compared to other sites that cap the rake at $1, you're potentially paying 50% more in rake at PokerRoom!
