The looser the table, the more inclinded I am to limp such a hand from EP.

The looser is table the more inclinded i am to raise such a hand from UTG.

As well i raise ATs UTG routinely regardless table content. But in pretty loose table i would raise A2s UTG. While in a tight game i would muck it.

At a tight table, ATs and its Axs cousins are obviously a fold UTG.

I suppose if I knew there would be 4 cold callers behind me that make mistakes all the way to the river, then I would raise too. So, very loose, I raise.

If I raise, and bad cold callers are unlikely, and a three-bettor with a better hand is often all I get in between me and the LAG, I would have prefered to limp. So slightly-too-loose-but-not-too-much, I limp.

Of course, I think you are much more comfortable than I am possibly battling a LAG heads up out of position with ATs. So I don't think you'll agree with my limp.

Nice to see you at 15/30 lately...

It's not as obviously as you think i believe. At tight games blinds are very much and people tend to fold AJo and even AQ sometimes. Against pairs lower T you have good odds. I suspect ATs is bet for value. So it must be raised regardless table content. A9s is borderline.

I get in too much trouble vs AQ, AK and bigger starting hands to try to battle them in shorthanded pots (which is what I'll likely get at a tight table when I raise). So I guess it's obvious to me. I know from your experience in the SH games that you are more comfortable in these hand-to-hand combat situations.
